Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees , which are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are not included at checkout and will need to be paid directly to the carrier upon delivery.
RETURNS
Because our orders are custom made / made to order especially for you at the time of ordering, it is a personalized item. We therefore do not accept returns.
In case we accept the return of your product by exception. The customer shall be held responsible for all the shipping fees.
The customer must ensure to return the item with its original packaging and all accessories in the same condition as received.
Customers must contact Houseofcozycreations for approval before sending or returning any item to us.
UNETHICAL ORDER & CANCELLATION POLICY
In case of any product purchase made through unethical means; by taking advantage of a technical glitch; or by misusing/ the offer terms/guidelines/codes – the particular order/s will be canceled whatsoever and houseofcozycreations will not be liable to pay any refund to you in all such cases.

How long will it take to receive my order?
As soon as we have received your order, we will get to work for you as quickly as possible. We make everything ourselves and it may therefore take a few days before your order is ready to be packed. When your order is ready, it will be carefully packed and delivered to the post office.
Delivery time varies by country:
Within the Netherlands: usually within 1-2 working days.
Belgium: 1-2 working days
Germany: 2-3 working days
France: 2-3 working days.
Please note: We cannot send packages on weekends. In some cases, shipping may take longer depending on your location or postal delays.

How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive an email from us with an update on the tracking information. You will also receive an email from the postal company when your package is delivered. Also please check your spam box!

Where are your products manufactured and where do the products ship from?
We are located in the Netherlands (NB – Oirschot). Here we make everything in-house as a family business.
