Agreement
If the customer instructs “Houseofcozycreations” to deliver one or more items, a legally binding agreement is established (distance selling).
Privacy
Your personal data will be included in the customer database of Houseofcozycreations.
We use this data for the execution of the agreement, responsible customer management, risk management, and for marketing purposes. We do not provide data to third parties. If you no longer wish to receive commercial offers from us, you can have your data removed from our customer database. You have the right to access and correct your data at any time. Payment
We offer the following payment options depending on your country:
Delivery
“Houseofcozycreations” ensures proper delivery of ordered items. “Houseofcozycreations” reserves the right to dissolve the purchase agreement if the customer does not comply with the terms. The specified delivery time is an indication and no rights can be derived from it.
In case of any product purchase made through unethical means; by taking advantage of a technical glitch; or by misusing the offer terms/guidelines/codes – the particular order(s) will be canceled, and Houseofcozycreations will not be liable to pay any refund to you in such cases.
Shipping
Items are shipped via PostNL or DPD once payment is received.
For shipping, “Houseofcozycreations” uses the services of DPD/PostNL. Your order is carefully packaged and shipped in good condition. “Houseofcozycreations” is not responsible for any damage incurred during shipping. The General Terms and Conditions of the respective shipping company apply. “Houseofcozycreations” is never liable for damages resulting from exceeding delivery times. “Houseofcozycreations” is not responsible for orders lost by DPD/PostNL.
All orders are shipped for an amount depending on the total weight of the order. Shipping/processing costs include all actions that ensure an item can be shipped.
Complaints & Returns
Because our orders are custom-made/made to order especially for you at the time of ordering, they are personalized items. We, therefore, do not accept returns.
In case we accept the return of your product by exception, the customer shall be held responsible for all shipping fees.
The customer must ensure to return the item with its original packaging and all accessories in the same condition as received.
You must check the items immediately upon receipt for any damages or defects. Any damages or defects must be reported immediately upon receipt (within 24 hours) via info@houseofcozycreations.nl.
Even if given as a gift, any damages/defects must be reported within this period.
Customers must contact Houseofcozycreations for approval before sending or returning any item to us. Returns are at the buyer’s risk. This means that Houseofcozycreations is not liable for damages or loss of returned items. Always request a tracking code at the post office.
Self Pick-Up
You can also pick up your order at the address of “Houseofcozycreations” in Oirschot (Netherlands).
As soon as you choose the ‘pick up’ option at checkout, the shipping costs will be automatically deducted.
We will contact you to make an appointment.
Prices
The prices on our webshop are fixed prices including VAT.
These prices are non-negotiable. Prices are quoted in euros and exclude shipping costs.
Payment is made by prepaying online.
“Houseofcozycreations” cannot be held to price listings that are incorrect due to input, set, or printing errors.
No rights can be derived from incorrect price information.
Copyright and Intellectual Property Rights
It is prohibited without explicit written permission from “Houseofcozycreations” to copy, store, distribute, or use photos, texts, or otherwise from our website in any way for other websites or other business or private purposes. Our entire website, including text, layout, photos, displayed products, is legally protected by copyright and intellectual property rights under Article 2.20 of the Benelux Convention.
